Earlier this month, the documentary maker showed off her impressive flexibility as she displayed her jaw dropping figure in a pair of bright pink leggings.

She sported a lilac sports bra with the skintight leggings as she stretched and sat in the splits.

She penned: ‘Mobility & cardio are my current priorities when it comes to my fitness, trying to prep my body as best I can for 2 weeks and I will have my splits back properly’.

In another clip, the influencer posed up a storm for gym mirror selfies showcasing her chiselled abs.

She then moved on to perform barbell squats and increased the weight as she went along before completing deadlifts.

Zara wrote: ‘Getting back in my flow, I’ve been away from home for 6 weeks. One final week at work this week in Ibiza and then I’m back in the UK & back on my grind & trying to loosen up these tight hamstrings today’.

It comes after Zara’s boyfriend Sam Thompson assured fans his girlfriend won’t become victim to the notorious Strictly Curse, after she was unfaithful to him four years ago.

In a new interview, Sam reflected on Zara’s cheating past which saw the reality star’s affair while she was on The X Factor play out on Made In Chelsea.

In 2020, the couple briefly split after the bombshell revelation Zara had cheated on the television personality a year before. They reunited months later after she issued a grovelling apology.

Sam said on his Staying Relevant podcast with Pete Wicks: ‘She was 22… so f****** young. You know when you look at them and you go, ‘She ain’t going to do that again?’I could see in her face.

‘You can just tell when someone has a beautiful heart and a beautiful soul and just f***** up.’

Sam admitted he had been unfaithful to other girlfriends in the past, including Tiffany Watson but has always been loyal to his girlfriend Zara.

He added: ‘You’d be some w***** to have done it yourself and can’t forgive.’

At the time her affair with someone in the music industry during her stint on Celebrity X Factor came to light, Zara owned up to her mistakes.

She said: ‘A huge mistake I made a year ago has recently come to light and I want to face this head on.

‘I don’t condone being unfaithful and I made a huge mistake at a time in my life where I was hugely selfish and immature.

‘I believe I have learnt so much from my mistake. I want to apologise to my Sam for everything I have put him through, for the pain, the embarrassment, the anger and the hurt.

‘All I want to do is make this right and I think the least he deserves is me being honest with myself and all of you. I love you Sam. Forever x’.

Zara is the first ever Love Island contestant to appear on the BBC show.

Bosses believe having her on the programme will attract more younger people to watch the show and give her the opportunity to further her career with the broadcaster.

The influencer has a large social media following after rising to fame on Love Island in 2018 and competing on The X Factor: Celebrity the following year, performing for Simon Cowell on the ITV series.

Zara’s audience has since grown, with the star amassing over 1.7million followers, as she continues to team up with boyfriend and TV presenter Sam on TikTok and Instagram videos, which often feature the pair showcasing their dance moves.

Up until now, the BBC has not recruited anyone who has found fame on Love Island to compete for the Glitterball trophy, but they believe due to her focus on documentary making that Zara fits the bill.

Zara has fronted several documentaries for BBC Three including about her experience of revenge porn and the rise of eating disorders among teens, which are topics that resonate with her young fanbase.
