Vanderpump Rules stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz ‘accept an offer’ of $2.595M for their LA home… four months after announcing plans to divorce

They listed their Los Angeles home last month following their plans to divorce after five years of marriage and 12 years together.

And Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney’s former residence found a buyer, with it currently listed as ‘under contract,’ according to TMZ.

The Vanderpump Rules stars accepted an offer on Tuesday for $2.595 million, $105,000 less than the original listing.

The sale hasn’t been finalized and is still listed as ‘active under contract,’ per the listing. 

It was originally listed in mid-June at $2.7 million; Katie and Tom bought the home in 2019 for $1.9 million.

The Cape Cod-style home features four bedrooms with five baths and two half baths; the 2016-built home is 3,593 square feet across .137 acres. 

The contemporary style home features a space for indoor-outdoor entertainment, with a large pool, spa and patio.

The LA home has a large professional chef’s kitchen with a large island, bar seating, a butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry as well as extensive counter space.

The open-concept home also has wide-plank European Oak floors with coffered, beamed ceilings.

The bedrooms all feature en-suite bathrooms, with the master bedroom having a fireplace, a spa-like bath, a large custom closet and a fireplace.

Tom and Katie announced their divorce plans in mid-March after five years of marriage and 12 years together; they have no children together.

Katie filed for divorce soon after that same month, filing the documents at LA County Superior Court. 

They were already dating in 2013 when Vanderpump Rules premiered; they wed in 2016 but later revealed they were not legally married.

In 2019, they exchanged vows for a second time in Las Vegas, obtaining a marriage license.
