Twitter is down AGAIN: App crashes for the second time in a WEEK as thousands of frustrated users complain of having problems accessing social media platform
For the second time in the space of a week, Twitter is experiencing technical trouble.
According to Down Detector, the issues started at around 16:30 GMT on Monday and are affecting users worldwide.
However, the reason for the issues remain unclear.
