Tristan Thompson is trying to silence the woman who has allegedly given birth to his third child, in their ongoing paternity lawsuit.
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed court documents last week that alleged Khloe Kardashian’s on/off boyfriend got Texas personal trainer Maralee Nichols pregnant in March while they were still together.
Now, TMZ reports that the 30-year-old NBA star has filed an emergency petition on Tuesday in Harris County, Texas, asking the judge to issue a gag order in the case.

The legal order would ban all parties involved – himself and Maralee, 31, – from discussing any details from the case as it plays out in court.
Per the report, Tristan has pointed out several instances where he believes Maralee has already violated what he is claiming to be a confidentiality order that was granted orally by a judge in an earlier case.
Meanwhile, Tristan’s ex Khloe, 37, – who has so far stayed silent on the matter – got back to work on Tuesday as she promoted her new line of clothes for her brand Good American on Instagram.

Per legal documents obtained by TMZ, the basketball star claims that Maralee has conducted interviews and leaked personal information via social media to spread what he claims are falsehoods about the situation.
He also claims Snapchat messages that she claimed were from the NBA star had been ‘fabricated.’
Tristan alleges in the suit that Maralee is trying ”to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit.’
He reportedly also wants a judge to make Maralee hand over a $30,000 bond to ensure she has the sufficient funds if she breaks the confidentiality order.

Tristan already shares a three-year-old daughter True with Khloe, and a son Prince, four, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

Nichols, a Houston native, has since moved to Los Angeles and is now suing the athlete for child support as well as for reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs.
She has also filed to submit text messages between her and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit which allegedly show that he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy, Page Six reported.
Attorneys for Nichols claim that the communications show Thompson ‘addressing the parties’ relationship’ and ‘insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas.’
In a copy of a shocking text message obtained by Radar, Thompson allegedly offers Nichols $75,000 to keep quiet and warns that he is retiring after this NBA season and would therefore be unemployed.
He also makes it clear that he has no plans to be involved in the child’s life.
‘You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong,’ the text message allegedly sent by Thompson reads.
‘You are aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly or someone who’s unemployed. It’s texas (sic) so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.’
According to the filing, Thompson denied sending the messages but also claims his ‘contact information is present’ in them.
