The pregnant presenter, 33, who is soon to welcome her fifth child and expand her blended brood with husband Joe Swash, took to Instagram to reveal that Rex, three, usually asks for long ‘Thor hair’ at the hairdresser.

But in an adorable nod to his older brother Zachary, 14, he asked for ‘A Zachy (big brother) haircut’.

‘Me & Joe may have shed a tear. But we’ve always said it’s his hair, his choice.

‘You look so handsome Rexy we love you so so much. Our big boy.’

It comes after Stacey, who has an estimated net worth of around £4 million, revealed this week that she still has a fear of ‘losing it all’ and something ‘going wrong’, as she detailed the uncertainties of fame.

The expectant mother admitted that her family has felt the strain of the cost of living crisis, while recalling her humble upbringing.

Stacey, who is also taking to the second season of BBC show Sort Your Life Out, where she revamps cluttered homes, noted this week that she ‘sees herself’ in many of the people she helps out on the show.

Woes: Talking on the cost of living crisis, Stacey added: 'If we¿re [Stacey and husband Joe] having those conversations, it¿s happening on a much more scary scale for so many people'

Talking to The Mirror, the star admitted that she is ‘the biggest hoarder of them all,’ while explaining that the current financial crisis has made people ‘hold onto things because they don’t think they could afford them again’.

While the crisis and the uncertainty of a career in showbusiness also has her worried for her own family too.

‘My dad is from a background where he had nothing, like literally nothing, so we could have nothing again.

‘Even to this day I think ‘well, we’re comfortable now but something’s going to go wrong at some point, it won’t stay like this forever’. It’s inherent,’ explained Stacey.

Continuing: ‘So, you’re constantly thinking ‘I’d better hold on to that and I’d better not waste that’ because in a few months’ time I could be on the street’.

And referencing the cost of living crisis, the star recognises the strain that it’s having on families up and down the country.

‘If we’re [Stacey and husband Joe] having those conversations, it’s happening on a much more scary scale for so many people,’ she shared.

The Loose Women panellist has spoken openly about financial woes before she rose to fame in the past, explaining back in May 2022 that government benefits ‘saved my life’.

Stacey was a single mother to eldest son Zachary at just 17 years old after giving birth to him in 2008, before later welcoming three more children; Leighton, nine, Rex, 24 months and Rose, 15 months.

Speaking on Loose Women about the financial strain of motherhood, the presenter said that she was given a Sure Start Grant, which provides mothers with financial aid to help with a new baby.

‘I was given a Sure Start Grant, which is what it was called at the time, and I can’t tell you how much that saved my life,’ said Stacey.

Continuing that she relied on government help to buy essentials such as baby milk and supplies, she added: ‘My working tax credits saved our lives, we could not have got by without those.’
