Sami Sheen has gone through with a breast augmentation despite her mother Denise Richards’ efforts to talk her out of the elective procedure.
Before going under the knife, the OnlyFans star, 19, showed the markings made by her plastic surgeon that mapped out the size of her implants and place of incision.
She did so by posing in her bathroom mirror with her T-shirt lifted up to expose her under bust.
Sami — whose father is actor Charlie Sheen — documented her road to the operating room on Snapchat as she wrote: ‘It’s surgery time!!!!!’
She previously divulged that she wanted to get a boob job because she believes it will help her already booming OnlyFans career.
In several photos, Sami was seen wearing a green hospital gown and a bonnet as she waited for her plastic surgeon.
The makeup-free beauty was connected to an IV drip that she said made her feel as though she ‘drank a whole bottle of white wine.’
She added: ‘it was heavenly.’
After the successful surgery, she was wheeled out of the hospital and made sure to let her followers know that it was ‘done.’
A follow-up photo showed her lounging at home in comfy clothes with her ‘recovery pillow’ close by.
The day prior, she made sure to prepare her aftercare by stocking up on pain medications and picking out a ‘cozy surgery fit.’
Sami admitted that she was total disbelief that she’d be in surgery in less than 24 hours.

Weeks earlier, Sami’s mother Denise, 52, admitted that she did not want her daughter to go through with her boob job.
In a joint interview with Sami and her ex Charlie, Denise told Bustle that she had been ‘trying to talk her out of it’ but to no avail.
The Wild Things star also revealed that she wants to take out her own implants because she knows now they are ‘toxic.’
‘I’m trying to talk her out of it because, and the reason why I’m getting them out, is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19. And it’s not an easy surgery. It’s painful!’ she said.
But Sami insisted that her desire for a bigger chest has been a decade in the making.
‘I was 10 years old and like, I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom. All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?” she told the magazine.
Sami admitted that she would ‘always stuff my bra with socks and stuff’ to achieve a fuller bust than she had.
Denise has been supportive of her daughter’s OnlyFans — a subscription service often used to share and monetize NSFW content — and even collaborated with her for a controversial photoshoot that many branded as ‘weird.’
In contrast, Sami’s dad Charlie condemned Sami’s decision to sell X-rated content on the site and urged her ‘not to sacrifice her integrity.’
But Denise recently divulged to Bethenny Frankel that the Two And A Half Men, 58, has loosened up in recent months.
‘When she first did OnlyFans he was not happy and I think was public about it, which she didn’t appreciate and he’s changed his tune,’ she explained on the RHONY alum’s podcast.
‘He changed his tune when she bought a Mercedes and moved into a house so maybe he was like, ‘maybe this ain’t so bad after all!”
