
Sam Frost is enjoying her new family of three after welcoming her first child two months ago.
The former Home and Away star, 34, showed off her post-pregnancy glow as she stepped out for lunch with her fiancé Jordie Hansen and their son Ted on Thursday.
The trio were heading out to celebrate Jordie’s 28th birthday on the Sunshine Coast.
Sam looked fantastic in a khaki midi-dress which featured button detailing at the bust.
She layered her outfit with a white denim jacket for warmth and a pair of comfortable white sneakers.

The blonde actress accessorised with a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses and a black backpack, while her hair was styled with a natural beach wave.
Meanwhile Jordie cradled their newborn who was wrapped in a white blanket.
The ex-reality star wore a pair of boardshorts and a T-shirt, completing his look with a white cap and sunnies.

On Thursday, Sam shared a heartfelt tribute to Jordie, penning a loving message to the Australian Survivor star and thanking him for being a loving father and partner.
‘Happy birthday to our Number One,’ she wrote alongside a photo of Jordie holding their newborn under an umbrella at the beach.
‘Ted and I are so grateful for everything you do for us. Our funny, kind and gentle bestie. You’re our whole world.’

Sam added: ‘Thank you for working extremely hard for our family, when I know you’d love to be home with us. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
‘We appreciate you and love you more than anything.’
Earlier this week, Sam shared an open and honest admission about motherhood.
The ex-Bachelor star revealed on her blog Believe by Sam Frost, she has found breastfeeding to be the most ‘difficult’ part of being a mother.

In her Instagram Story on Thursday, Sam penned a loving message to Jordie and thanked him for being a loving father and partner
‘I found it really difficult emotionally, mentally and physically…When Teddy was born, he latched on perfectly,’ she began.
‘I remember looking at him thinking how amazing this experience is, how primal and special breastfeeding your newborn is.’
‘After a few days my nipples were chapped, raw and bleeding. I was in so much pain. A girlfriend had said she found breastfeeding harder than labour – I had an epidural, so I wholeheartedly agreed.’

She said she was given advice to ‘push through it’ but it ‘seemed to be getting worse every feed’.
‘Every feed, I was crying… not just cute little tears, I was sobbing. Little Ted started getting distressed and frustrated, he would cry too,’ she said.
Sam explained using a breast pump and formula has taken a lot of pressure off her.
The actress and Jordie welcomed their son Ted on March 7 this year.

‘This is Ted. Theodore Paul Frost-Hansen. There’s no words to describe how much we love you • 07/03/2023,’ Sam wrote at the time alongside a sweet photo of her newborn.
The couple’s celebrity friends quickly congratulated them on their new addition.
‘This is Lucky Ted! Such beautiful news Sam. Huge congrats to you all…and here’s to all the magical moments ahead. xx,’ Lisa Wilkinson wrote.
