Thousands ‘grossed out’ by wife’s unbelievable bathroom habit: ‘I would be sick’
- Husband calls out wife for leaving used mugs and glasses in the bathroom
- The bad habit was described as ‘gross’ and ‘disgusting’ by thousands
A husband has called out his wife’s ‘gross’ bathroom habit – and he’s had the support of thousands of disgusted strangers.
The man revealed there is often a stack of half-full coffee mugs and drinking glasses waiting for him when he uses the couple’s ensuite bathroom.
He shared a photo of the mess which awaits him each morning, asking if anyone else ‘felt the pain’ of living with a messy partner.
‘This represents a single week of mugs and glasses that my wife leaves in our bathroom. I clean all of these every week, and they are back the next,’ he wrote on Reddit.
The picture shows seven mugs, some of which were still half-filled with week-old coffee, and eight dirty glasses.

And people were horrified.
‘Why is she doing so much drinking in the bathroom?’ one questioned.
‘Food or drink in the bathroom air just doesn’t work for me. I won’t even walk into the bathroom until I’m done chewing,’ another said.
A third added: ‘That’s absolutely disgusting.’
The comments are among the 10,000 left on a post that’s already been seen by 74,000 people.
Other husbands joined the conversation and admitted their wives always fill ‘any empty surface’ in the house.
‘My wife absolutely hates an empty flat surface,’ one wrote, which was ‘liked’ by 2,700 people.

‘Wife is like this. Just dumps stuff on every single surface in the house. Drives me nuts. Not surprisingly, her parents are hoarders,’ another admitted.
‘My wife will fill every flat surface we have with ‘stuff’, when she runs out of space, she will put stuff into bags and hang them from the hat rack,’ a third added.
A fourth joked: ‘Are you married to my wife?’
One person blamed the husband for ‘enabling’ his wife to continue such a bad habit – but he hit back in the comments.
‘People here seem to be unaware of how a healthy relationship works,’ he wrote in the comment section.
‘I do loads of c**p that annoys her – both things I’m aware of, and unaware of.
‘But she loves me, and I love her.
‘So we help each other out, pickup one another’s slack, do things the other person doesn’t. That’s how it works.
‘Those things can still be annoying, but that’s all. All is well.’
