Real Housewives of Melbourne’s Janet Roach is accused of breaking into Anjali Rao’s luxury six-star South Yarra apartment – but co-star Jackie Gillies says it NEVER happened
Jackie Gillies has shot down allegations that her friend and co-star Janet Roach broke into Anjali Rao’s apartment while filming The Real Housewives of Melbourne.
The alleged break-in has become a major plot point on the show, after Kyla Kirkpatrick told Anjali on camera that Janet ‘broke into’ her swanky six-star South Yarra apartment to see if she really lived there or not.
Now Jackie has set the record straight on her Shine It Up podcast, revealing that rumours of a break-in are completely false and fabricated.
‘It never happened!’ Jackie Gillies has shot down allegations that her friend and co-star Janet Roach broke into Anjali Rao’s apartment while filming The Real Housewives of Melbourne
‘This bulls**t about Janet breaking into the apartment, this is a mess,’ she said.
‘Janet never broke into anybody’s apartment. I’ve already said this before.’
‘It’s utter bulls**t, it never happened… Kyla, you’ve made that up. She was never in Anjali’s apartment.’
She added: ‘Anjali even stated that nobody was in that apartment.’

Janet has also denied the allegations, calling them ‘preposterous’ in an Instagram post earlier this week.
She’s since had fun with the rumours, mocking the situation in a video with co-star Gamble Breaux.
In the video, Janet hides in Gamble’s closet and pretends to be caught in the act of breaking and entering.

Meanwhile, Anjali quit the Real Housewives of Melbourne on Sunday night’s episode after clashing with both Gamble and Janet.
Before exiting, Anjali took several shots at her rivals, labelling them both ‘toxic’ and ‘insane’.
The award-winning journalist also stated that their only claim to fame was marrying into money.

‘Janet and Gamble have achieved nought point nought per cent of the square root of bugger all of note in their lives,’ she snapped.
‘I don’t consider pulling a couple of old rich dudes to be notable and that’s all they’ve got,’ she added.
The Real Housewives of Melbourne’s fifth season is currently available to watch on Foxtel and Binge.
