The performer, born Austin Post, then sent a shout-out to ‘all my Cowboy fans,’ which was met with some boos from the audience.

It was initially revealed that Post Malone had been contacted to sing America The Beautiful at the upcoming Super Bowl this past January.

The song was performed by Babyface during last year’s Super Bowl, which took place in Glendale, Arizona.

The rapper will also be joined by Reba McEntire, who will sing The Star-Spangled Banner at the event.

Andra Day is set to perform Lift Every Voice And Sing prior to the start of the annual game.

This year’s halftime show will feature Usher, who will present a 15-minute medley of several of his past hits.

Post Malone also spoke about his fear ahead of the game during Apple Music’s Super Bowl 2024 halftime show press conference, which was held in Las Vegas on Thursday.

The Congratulations singer expressed that, although the concept of singing in front of millions of viewers was ‘nerve-wracking,’ he was ‘excited’ for the big game.
