‘I’ve never been one for casual sex, I’ve never had a one-night stand before,’ Phoebe admitted during the lively chat.

She said the last time she was dating ‘Tinder wasn’t a thing’ so she has been forced to deal with the world of technology.

‘[Do I put on my Tinder profile] Single, 33, living with my parents, two kids, a bit of emotional baggage. So sexy right. Call me boys,’ Phoebe joked.

The conversation soon turned to more more serious topics with Phoebe explaining emotionally difficult it was for her to readjust to dating post-marriage.

She said said once she was married she had thought any body insecurities were behind her, only to now be dealing with them again after she ‘gave herself to making a family’.

‘[My body] definitely has changed. I made children in here,’ Phoebe said.

‘I think the emotional difficulty is that when you give yourself to making a family, you think ”phew I never have to worry about getting naked in-front of anyone else ever again”.

‘But meeting someone new with stretch marks and breasts that aren’t potentially as perky as they once were cause they have fed humans. This comes back to that body positivity, sex positivity message.’

Phoebe admitted sometimes she feels like she is ‘still in a relationship’ and she has been forced to emotionally readjust to her new life.

Phoebe’s ex husband Sam appeared on the last season of SAS Australia where he admitted infidelity with a woman in Melbourne in 2017.

The couple married in 2015, separated in late 2018 and resumed their relationship in early 2019.

They split permanently on October 2 that year and later divorced. The former couple share daughter Poppy, four, and Billy, two.

Phoebe told The Daily Telegraph prior to the launch of the podcast she intended on sharing her way back to healing.

‘Everything I’ve been through is this amalgamation of who I am now,’ she told the publication.

‘There is something on the other side, I haven’t necessarily found that completely yet but that’s the hope that I guess, you move through life,’ she went on.

‘I just want them to know it’s not all glamorous. It’s not perfect, but there is life after pain,’ Phoebe said of her listeners.
