Cohen was Trump’s long-time personal attorney, self-described fixer and attack dog for the best part of a decade.

He steered the man he called ‘the Boss’ through multiple scandals including alleged affairs with porn star Stormy Daniels and the Playboy model Karen McDougal.

Cohen ended up paying $130,000 to Daniels for her silence, an illegal campaign expense that helped put him in jail.

In his book he describes Trump as a cheat, liar, fraud, bully, racist and predator.

Cohen says he was bewitched by the real estate mogul and became drunk on a potent cocktail of power and celebrity – comparing himself to Gollum from The Lord of the Rings.

On December 12, 2018, Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign finance violations.

He was released early in May this year due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, to serve the rest of his sentence under house arrest at his apartment in Manhattan.

Cohen has since turned vocal in his contempt for Trump, whom he blames for his fall from grace.

The 54-year-old started a podcast called Mea Culpa on the heels of his book, ‘Disloyal: A Memoir: The True Story of the Former Personal Attorney to President Donald J. Trump’, which shot to number one in the New York Times bestseller list.

Staunch Trump critics Rosie O’Donnell, former White House Director of Communications, Anthony Scaramucci and Trump’s fired aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, to name but a few, have appeared on his show which is run in a partnership between Audio Up Media and MeidasTouch.

This comes as it emerged Trump too has been offered book and TV deals worth around $100 million as part of a ‘plan B’ if his election legal battle fails to secure him a second term.

A source told Page Six Tuesday that the president is being ‘bombarded’ with lucrative book deal offers about his time in the White House as well as offers from right-wing TV outlets.

‘Book and TV deals are plan-B if he doesn’t win the vote war,’ the source said.

‘Translate 70 million votes into viewers and record book sales. All the anti-Trump books have made big bucks, so this from the Donald is a surefire hit.’
