The 36-year-old actress rocked a shiny sleeveless and strapless crimson latex dress that hugged her hips for the event at the Beacon Theatre as part of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
Megan completed her outfit with pointy silver heels as she arrived with MGK, 32.

Taurus was released in February at the Berlin Film Festival and was acquired last month by RLJE Films for theatrical release in the US.
MGK portrays rocker Cole in the film that also stars Megan as his love interest Mae.
Megan and MGK went public with their relationship in June 2020 and she announced that they were engaged on January 12, 2022.

The genre-skipping singer also recently teamed up with Mod Sun, 35, for the stoner comedy Good Mourning that they co-directed, co-wrote, co-produced, and co-starred in together.

Good Mourning was released on May 20 in selected theatres and has been made available on video on demand. The film also features Pete Davidson, Becky G, Dove Cameron, Whitney Cumming and Snoop Dogg voicing The Joint.
