Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff reveals her extremely slender frame in a tight dress – after hitting back at trolls who criticised her 10kg weight loss

Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff has brushed off recent criticism of her weight by flaunting her trim physique in another skin-baring ensemble.

The reality star, who earlier this month slammed trolls for criticising her 10kg weight loss, returned to Instagram on Tuesday to showcase her svelte figure in a form-fitting nude frock.

Elizabeth, 30, concealed her gaze behind a pair of oversized sunglasses as she posed and pouted for the camera in a selfie video filmed in her back garden.

Elizabeth’s dress left little to the imagination thanks to its strapless corset-style top and tight-fitting silhouette.

‘These sunnies have got me feeling invisible,’ she wrote, making sure to capture a glimpse of her tiny waist in the footage.

She went on to praise the designer of her edgy new eyewear, telling them: ‘You nailed these babies.’

Her post comes weeks after Elizabeth hit back at trolls with an empowering message about self-worth and encouraged others to stop bullying one another.

She wrote: ‘To anyone being bullied online or in real life… please believe in yourself, others only project their insecurities when they are unhappy.

‘Uplift others, don’t deplete their self esteem.’

She told fans that they should know that bullying ‘isn’t normal’.

‘And no, I’m not referring this to online trolls directed solely at me… but it does get me thinking about relentless bullying.’

She added: ‘Know your worth. Do your best to not let others dictate your individuality. If someone was truly secure in their own life they wouldn’t feel the need to comment negatively on yours.’

It came after Elizabeth debuted her newly slimmed-down physique after shedding 10kg last year.

At the time, Elizabeth told WHO magazine that she follows the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve one’s metabolism and result in weight loss.

The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 per cent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week.

In addition, Elizabeth said she works out several times a week to reduce stress.
