‘For the first time in a long time I’m doing a break. I’m creating space to just be and not do. It’s going to be tough to realise we are worthy no matter what and no matter what we do.’
The reality television star signed off with ‘I’ll keep you posted’ followed by a love heart emoji.
Many of her 200,000 followers sent their well-wishes in the comments section of the post.
‘Time out is required. Rest up. It’s necessary and required. Otherwise you will burn out. The body mind and soul is better for it. You will benefit from it greatly,’ said one.
‘Sorry to hear this Tracey. Hope you find some answers and get better soon. In a side note – epic PJs!’ said another fan, drawing attention to the Vegemite-themed pyjamas Tracey was wearing in the second photo.
‘Pour into your own cup first and foremost (and once it is full, it will overflow into others’) xx get better soon,’ wrote another.

It comes as last year the MAFS alum shared heartbreaking news that she was quietly battling depression and anxiety.
Tracey said she hid her struggle as she threw herself into work and raising her son Frankie, two, and ten-year-old daughter Grace.
Posting her experience to Instagram, the former Married At First Sight star went on to say she was ready to turn a new leaf and begin a journey of self-care.

‘Trauma has a way of creeping up on you. Over the course of this last year (2022) I found myself spiralling into a deep hole of depression and anxiety,’ she wrote next to a black and white photo of herself cuddling baby Frankie.
‘I withdrew from friends, reduced my circle to very few, drowned myself in work and half-a*s showing up, totally faking it when I did.
‘I stopped doing the things that brought me joy and self-care like getting my hair and eyelashes done, dressing nice and even exercising.’
Tracey went on to say the worst part of her struggle was feeling as though no one noticed when she ‘disappeared’.

‘What made this sadder is disappearing what I felt from the world around me, no one noticed. I equated that to no one caring. And deeper I went into my hole,’ she explained.
Thankfully, there appeared to be a happy ending in sight for the self care-coach as she assured her followers she is ‘rebuilding slowly but surely’.
Tracey welcomed her son Frankie in March 2021 with her high school sweetheart Constable.
