Is it okay to wash a dog with regular shampoo?
Using a human shampoo on dogs disrupts the acid mantle, leaving your dog vulnerable to parasites, viruses, and bacteria.
It also makes their skin feel dry and flaky, which can lead to repeated scratching and abrasions. This makes it easy for bacteria to invade.
This is where Harlow Harry comes in, as the products are free from toxins and designed to be safe for dogs.
Aussie best friends Rachael and Grant launched the brand after noticing a lack in the market of premium fragrances for dogs, so Harlow Harry (named after their dogs) was born.
The parfum has been specifically formulated for dogs and is alcohol free, silicone free, parable free, MCI/MI free, formaldehyde free, vegan and is free from toxins.
Similarly to the perfume, the shampoo is free of any nasty ingredients.
It’s important to never use regular human shampoo or perfume on dogs as it can strip their coat of natural oils and cause irritation.
