Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Katie Maloney-Schwartz lead stars at Schwartz & Sandy’s opening party

Vanderpump Rules stars ruled the red carpet at the Schwartz & Sandy’s grand opening party in West Hollywood hosted by DailyMail.com and TMX.

Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Katie Maloney-Schwartz certainly led the glam parade as they celebrated the new cocktail lounge launched by castmates Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz.

The trio of ladies put on leggy displays in short dresses at the gala event attended by their Bravo reality series co-stars, Bling Empire’s Kevin Kreider and Leah Qin, and of course Lisa Vanderpump herself.

Lala, 31, looked stunning in a rather avant-garde look as she donned a mini dress which was half black blazer and half golden sequins.

The outfit had a satin belt around her midriff, and she complemented her blazer side with a black sequined clutch.

Lala towered in open-toe heels, and she wore her blond locks parted down the middle while wavy strands rested across her chest.

Scheana highlighted her curves with an off-the-shoulder mini dress covered in dark green horizontal stripes. She complemented it with neon green square-toed heels.

Scheana’s fiancé Brock Davies wore a sheer black shirt with an intriguing ruffled collar and black trousers.

Katie was on the same page as Lala, and she wore a lustrous spaghetti-strap dress with a high slit, along with brown open-toe heels and a boxy silver handbag.

The stars of the evening, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, made sure that they were unmissable thanks to their brightly colored suits, which paid tribute to 1980s fashion.

Sandoval looked suave in a white silk double-breasted suit with peak lapels, which he wore over a pink-and-white patterned shirt while sporting a mustache.

Schwartz rocked a double-breasted pink suit with a black-and-white tropical-print shirt and a close-cropped beard.

The duo wouldn’t have been there without the woman who helped them get their start, Lisa Vanderpump.

She matched Schwartz’s outfit with a playful pink sequined blazer over a low-cut black blouse and more reserved black slacks, along with a matching black clutch.

Joining Lisa at the event was her husband Ken Todd, who wore a black suit and shirt and carried their adorable clothed Pomeranian.

Raquel Leviss proved herself to be a master of the little black dress as she made her grand entrance on the red carpet.

The Vanderpump Rules star glowed in a plunging black dress covered in sequins. The look had thin straps that were tied together with a bow over her exposed back.

She stood tall in black open-toe heels that strapped around her ankles, and she wore her gorgeous brunette bobbed swept to the side to reveal her dangling diamond-encrusted earrings.

The reality star kept the awkwardness to a minimum as her ex-boyfriend James Kennedy — who was DJing the celebration — hit the red carpet with his new girlfriend Ally Lewber.

James wore a black patterned shirt left unbuttoned at the top to show off a bit of his chest hair, along with blown-out jeans that were rumpled at the top of his black combat boots.

Ally, who got a sweet kiss from James on the red carpet, wore a lovely tiered black mini dress with a sleek black Prada handbag.

Shahs Of Sunset star Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid looked chic in a sleeveless pale pink pinstriped blazer over a mesh bra. She arrived with her husband Tommy Feight, who wore a blue Oxford shirt, khakis and red sneakers.

Chanel West Coast highlighted her pregnant tummy as she arrived in a pink mini dress with circular cutouts over her cleavage.

Her boyfriend — and the father of her forthcoming baby girl — Dom Fenison rocked geometrically patterned black-and-white pans and a black sweater with the sleeves rolled up.

He took some time off from the celebration to man the DJ booth to help get the party bumping, and he seemed to be grooving along to the tunes.

Later, James and Scheana’s fiancé Brock cooled down with Tom Sandoval, who wrapped his arms around them and flashed a wide grin.

Earlier in the day Sandoval and Schwartz  finally shared a glimpse inside their new cocktail lounge Schwartz & Sandy’s ahead of Tuesday night’s grand opening party hosted by DailyMail.com and TMX.

The Vanderpump Rules stars — who are currently shooting season ten of the hit Bravo show — have spent over a year renovating their new LA hotspot, which is nestled in the base of the iconic Hollywood Hills.

In DailyMail.com’s exclusive pictures, the interior of the cozy cocktail lounge looks heavily inspired by vintage motels and is described by the pair as ‘delightfully kitschy.’

Sandoval and Schwartz both channeled 1980s men’s style with their striking suits. Sandoval opted for a double-breasted white silk suit with peaked lapels and chunky white loafers, which he wore over a coral patterned shirt while sporting a dark mustache.

Schwartz was attired in a double-breasted pink suit and a black-and-white tropical print shirt, along with black sneakers and blue-tinted aviator sunglasses.

The entrepreneurs and reality stars showed off their striking neon sign for the lounge, which featured tropical plants and Schwartz’s name in block letters, while Sandoval’s was written in a playful cursive scrawl.

The menu promises shareable cuisine and plant-based options, and the mixologist offers playful interactive drinks lovingly created by the owners.

The pair battled Covid delays and supply chain issues but were able to fulfill their creative vision for the venue, which includes an iconic ‘starry night’ ceiling inspired by the night sky in Joshua Tree National Park.

Sandoval quips: ‘It’s the only place in LA where you’re guaranteed to see stars.’

There is also an art installation inspired by James Turrell’s Skyspace, which is a virtual portal to the sky.

Last year they also released a new small batch bourbon and rye called Toms’ Good Lovin’.

For Schwartz & Sandy’s, the duo are also paying tribute to their Midwestern roots, as Schwartz hails from Minnesota, while Sandoval was born in St. Louis, Missouri.

At an NBCUniversal upfront presentation in May, Sandoval shared that the two are ‘Going to do some toasted ravioli from St. Louis.’ They will also be adding some ‘St. Louis–style pizza [with] Provel cheese’ to their menu.

Schwartz added that they might pay honor his roots with a Juicy Lucy, a burger with melted cheese inside of the patty, which is believed to have originated in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

‘The reality is that we’re very, very close,’ Sandoval said during an interview in March 2022. ‘We text numerous times throughout pretty much every single day. We’re very, very, very close.’

‘We help balance each other out,’ he continued. ‘And we have a great working relationship. He gets fired up, I calm him down. It’s the same. It’s a very loving, conducive relationship together.

‘We really have this friendship of “no idea is a bad idea.” Let’s take it for a spin. Let’s see what happens. Let’s go for it, and if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.’

‘I think it’s horrible,’ Schwartz’s now ex-wife Katie Maloney said on season nine of Vanderpump Rules. ‘You wanna make it like psychedelic, funky, fresh, lights, textures, and then you want to call it f***ing Schwartz and Sandy’s? Ugh. I lost my boner.’

But the name ended up sticking.

‘We’re committed,’ Schwartz said during a recent interview. ‘We’ve heard people say, “Oh, it sounds like a Jewish deli,” or whatever. But you know, Red Hot Chili Peppers to me, when I first heard that name, sounded like a mariachi band. But now you have a different association. So when you go into our place, the name will become the place, the place will become the name. That will be the association.’

‘With TomTom, it’s like, Tom and Tom could essentially be any other two Toms, but Schwartz and Sandy’s? There’s only one Schwartz and one Sandy, and that combination, you know what I mean?’ Sandoval said. ‘You’re getting to know us even a little bit more, because this is more of our love child.’

Schwatz & Sandy’s is located at 1917 N Bronson Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90068 and will open to the public in the coming weeks.
