Kaia Gerber sparks concern as she shares snap of bloodied face during St Moritz holiday and fans urge her to get help

Kaia Gerber sparked concern with fans as she shared a worrying snap from her holiday in St Moritz in Switzerland on Thursday.

Enjoying a gorgeous trip in the snow-capped mountains with the jewellery brand Omega, Kaia looked sensational in snaps before things took a turn for a worse.

The daughter of Cindy Crawford shared a snap of her nose dripping with blood as Kaia appeared bare faced and attempted to mop up the bleeding with a tissue.

The model, 22, didn’t reference the brutal nosebleed in the caption as she wrote: ‘Beautiful St. Moritz with my @omega family’.

Yet the snap still prompted concern amongst fans as they headed to the comments to ask about the injury.

American actress and filmmaker Natasha Lyonne sent her love to the star as she penned: ‘Concerned about the bloody nose. Is this an altitude situation?

‘Sincerely, elderly woman w vague connections to St. Moritz.’

Replying, Kaia added: ‘I think it was a system overwhelm caused by seeing the alps for the first time. however the labs are still being run’.

Another asked: ‘Are you bleeding from the beauty of it all or did you walk into a door?’

Kaia looked sensational in the other snaps as she wrapped up warm in a gorgeous dark brown fluffy coat and black leather gloves.

The star concealed her face with a black hood pulled over her dark brunette locks and a pair of large black sunglasses.

She accessorised the look with a tasteful Omega gold watch as she looked out across the stunning snowy scenery.

In another snap the star continued to flaunt the watch for her trip with Omega, while also cutting a chic appearance in a black military style black dress adorned with gold buttons.

It comes after Kaia starred alongside 40 other iconic legendary women for Edward Enninful’s epic final British Vogue March cover.

Edward, 51, the first male and first black editor of the publication, announced in June that he would be stepping down to take on a new global role at publisher Conde Nast.

And to ensure his final cover would be one to remember, he gathered the likes of Victoria Beckham, Gigi Hadid, Salma Hayek, Oprah and Miley Cyrus in one room to pose for the farewell shot.

However, many on social media reacted in surprise when they saw some unfamiliar faces on the cover, under the label ‘legends’.

Several questioned how stars like Naomi Campbell and Serena Williams could be grouped into the same category as the likes of Lila Moss and Kaia Gerber.

Both Lila, 21, and Kaia, 22, are the daughters of famous supermodels, with their mothers Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford also appearing on the cover.

The two women dazzled as they posed at the front of the group, with Lila putting on a leggy display in a strapless black minidress.

While Kaia cut a daring figure in a floaty cream negligee with semi-sheer cut outs, as she kneeled on the floor.

While both the stunners are working as models, many fans argued that neither had reached the status of ‘legend’ like their parents, and said they had not earned their spot on the iconic cover.

One person wrote: ‘What are the daughters of Kate and Cindy doing there??? Are they already Icons??? Certainly not!!!’

While a second echoed: ‘Greatest talents in fashion and one of them is just a super model’s daughter who doesn’t actually do much other then be kate’s daughter’.

A third fumed: ‘Lila moss and kaia gerber on the legendary cover instead of Bella Hadid should be a crime!’

While another quipped: ‘what’s the nepo baby percentage here’ and a fifth agreed, writing: ‘Kate moss’s daughter really? the nepotism is through the roof’.
