Jorgie Porter has revealed that burglars attempted to break in and rob her house on Wednesday night.
The Hollyoaks star, 35, took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to detail her fear and anger to her followers after the ordeal.
She filmed herself holding her eight-month-old son Forest as she described the terrifying events, explaining how the thieves had planned the robbery in advance.
Addressing her fans, Jorgie said: ‘Just come on here because I’m really upset, really scared, really angry that our house was almost robbed last night.
‘People tried to get in, they came over the gate and obviously it’s been planned because all the cables have been cut, the wifi in the area has been cut, our alarm was taken off the wall – they’ve really planned it. Sick.’

The actress expressed her outrage at the robbers and thanked the police for their speedy response.
She said: ‘It’s really scary. I also want to say thank you to the police for turning up really quick last night and how many there were because it actually made us feel a bit safe.
‘But I’m just so angry. Why would people want to come in? It’s just so upsetting. I hope nobody is put in this position because it’s really horrible.
‘And I hope they all just get what’s coming to them.’
Jorgie, who plays Theresa McQueen on Hollyoaks, lives in Cheshire with her fiancé Oliver Piotrowski and their son Forest.
The couple have been dating since 2020 and welcomed their first child in December 2022 after tragically miscarrying quadruplets at 14 weeks in August 2021.
Amid the couple’s heartache, Jorgie shared the happy news that Ollie had popped the question three weeks before Christmas.
However, she then had a second miscarriage six weeks into another pregnancy in February 2022 – on the day of the couple’s engagement party.

She recently discussed motherhood and keeping the ‘passion alive’ with Oliver after welcoming Forest.
The soap star gushed how the couple ‘still really fancy each other’ during an exclusive chat with MailOnline.
She said: ‘We don’t stop the passion, Ollie is really good at planning date nights and says “Your mum is looking after the baby and we are going out” he loves to surprise me like that’.
‘I think it helps that we both still really fancy each other, which is a bonus. He’ll take me out for a meal, we’ll go somewhere lovely and have a lovely night and come back to a screaming baby’.
Detailing getting back into shape following her pregnancy she revealed: ‘I wasn’t planning any weight loss, I feel just like it was just running round constantly, picking up a toy and making sure Forest doesn’t fall over’.
‘I think also food wise I am I still eat the same, just grab it when I can and I am just more on the go now.’
Jorgie said that while it was ‘nice to be off with the baby’ she reassured fans she would definitely be making a dramatic return to Hollyoaks as Theresa McQueen.
She said: ‘When it’s happening, I don’t know if I can say but I will be going back and I am so excited because I have no idea what is going to happen [to her character]’.
‘I think I’ll miss my baby,’ she admitted. ‘I’ll be like “Right, can I go home now?”‘
