She wrote, ‘So excited to be celebrating my first Mothers Day with my little angel baby Phoenix. Being a mom is the most incredible experience I have ever had.
‘It’s a love that cannot be put into words, a feeling that I never knew existed until I held my little prince in my arms.
‘Watching him grow and learn every single day brings me so much happiness and fills my heart with so much love.’
Along with her thoughtful words, she shared a set of stunning photos of her family, taken soon after the tot was born.
The blonde bombshell continued: ‘There is something so special about being a mom, something that I never fully understood until I became one myself. This Mother’s Day, I can’t help but feel grateful for this beautiful journey I am on.
‘It’s a day to celebrate the incredible women who brought us into this world, who have loved us unconditionally and who have shaped us into the people we are today. My mom is my biggest inspiration and the original queen of my heart. She has always been there for me, through the ups and downs, and has taught me the true meaning of strength and love.
And Paris gave a word of advice ‘to all the moms out there,’ as she said, ‘I want to wish you the happiest Mother’s Day.
‘You are the backbone of your families, the glue that holds everything together, and the most important person in your child’s life. Cherish every moment, even the tough ones, because they are the ones that will shape your child into the amazing person they are meant to be.’

Tom Brady posted an emotional tribute to his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and his own mother, Galynn.
Brady’s post also featured Bridgette Moynahan, his ex with whom he shares son Jack.
His tribute began: ‘Happy Mothers Day to all these amazing women who have given our family so much throughout their lives.’
In his post, Tom continued, ‘Thank you all for your love, compassion and kindness, and for setting such an amazing example for all of our little ones.
‘We are all so grateful for your support and helping us all achieve our dreams. I wish all the mothers in the world a special day with the people that love them the most.’
Brady and Brazilian supermodel Gisele divorced last October after 13 years together. They share two children, daughter Vivienne and son Benjamin.
The split came amid widespread reports that she was unhappy with him unretiring for one more season in the NFL with Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
