Jeremy Clarkson shows off a £260,000 purple McLaren supercar as he ventures out in Notting Hill

He has made a career out of his passion for cars.

And Jeremy Clarkson was showing off another lavish vehicle as he parked up in London’s Notting Hill on Wednesday.

The Clarkson’s Farm star, 63, was pictured getting out of a purple McLaren 750s, which retail from an eye-watering £225,000.

It is believed that this particular car can fetch as much as £260,000, so it’s no surprise he was keen to show it off while reviewing it for his weekly column.

Jeremy was spotted showing the supercar to a male friend who he had met for lunch, as the two pals stood in the road to admire the McLaren.

After chatting to his friend, Jeremy was seen opening the car’s wing doors and getting inside the vehicle to head home.

The model will be the last non-electric V8 supercar and the range is currently entirely sold.

Jeremy, who teased the new series of his Prime Video farming show earlier this week, was sporting a shirt and cardigan underneath his jacket.

The former Top Gear host was also wearing a pair of blue jeans and boots.

Jeremy, who is estimated to be worth around £55.8 million, has owned an exhaustive list of cars over the years.

This has included a Ferrari F355, a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, an Alfa Romeo GTV6 and an Aston Martin Virage.

Jeremy has previously hailed the Lexus LFA as the ‘best car he has ever driven’.

After filming the upcoming episode of The Grand Tour, dubbed Sand Job, Jeremy came home and purchased a Jaguar F Type V6.

For the special, Jeremy opted for a Jaguar F Type V6, Richard too went British with an Aston Martin Volante V12, whilst James took a punt on Italy with a Maserati.

The trio reported to the northern part of Mauritania, inside the perilous Foreign Office Red Zone, where their cars were delivered on the world’s longest iron ore train, a 1.2 mile monster that travels this Mauritania’s only railway line.

From there, Jeremy, James and Richard headed into the Sahara, south for Senegal and the famous finish line on the beach of Dakar.

Jeremy was so lucky with his car that he decided to buy one for himself when he returned home to the UK.

He said: ‘The Jaguar F-Type V6 Supercharged VS. Well put it like this: it was so impressive, I came home and bought one immediately.

‘And I don’t think Hammond bought an Aston Martin afterwards.
