Jason Donovan wowed the crowd when he donned the colourful Joseph technicolour dream coat while performing at Party at the Palace.

The Australian actor, 54, looked every inch the polished performer as he belted out ‘Any Dream Will do’ for the Monarch’s Jubilee celebrations.

Jason famously played the role of Joseph at the London Palladium in the early 90s, endearing him to British audiences.

The role even saw him nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award in 1992.

Outside of a performance in 2007, Jason hasn’t slipped back into the eye-catching jacket since his days on stage 30 years ago.

Other performers at Party at the Palace included a mix of legends and younger singers including Rod Stewart, Mabel, and Craig David.

Motown legend Diana Ross, performing for the first time in Britain in 15 years, was a star attraction at the event, which had an estimated 22,000 people in attendance.

The event is being held on a purpose-built 360-degree stage outside the queen’s central London residence.
