This certainly takes the concept of gift bagging up an octave or two.
The contents of this year’s Grammy Awards gift bags – each worth $60,000 – have been revealed with a spread of luxury goodies making the cut.
Some of the highest priced items among the mix is a ‘celebrity arm liposuction’ voucher worth up to $18,000, a gold and crystal jewelry set worth in the region of $2,000 and a coveted Bugaboo stroller which retails for around $1,000.
Meanwhile, some of the more obscure gifts Grammy attendees can expect include a robot dog ($80), a shower head hose ($325), ‘the world’s best robotic pool cleaner’ ($400), a Nerf gel gun ($60) and a pack of 40 energy cards ($25) ‘to focus on creating your positive energy.’
Lash Fary, who helped co-produce the 2023 Grammy awards gift bag, told FEMAIL that in total, 145 bags will be given out to talent over the course of this weekend.

He explained: ‘Our gifts are delivered over the three Grammy rehearsal days. The atmosphere is fun and festive! It is an anticipated perk of being part of music’s biggest night, and one we take great pride in creating.’
Lash says the theme for this year’s gift bag is ‘more is more’ and judging by the abundance of products in the bags, he’s certainly fulfilled that criteria.
Fellow gift bag designer, Rachael Cosgrove, offers further insight into the Grammy gift bags in a series of TikToks.
Before showcasing some of the haul, she says: ‘From skincare to snacks to toys and everything in between, these bags have it all.’
She also explains that the hardest part of making the gift bags is ‘securing the best fitting brands’ and finding products that could be useful for the Grammy guests.
On the subject of getting brands on board, Lash told DailyMail.com: ‘We prioritize brands that meet the Recording Academy’s stated diversity, equity, inclusion and philanthropy goals.
‘We also seek products that speak to a broad range of interests and tastes. Because the recipients span generations and musical genres, we strive to make our gift assortment equally varied. There’s something for everyone… to use and to share.’
Once all of the items are gathered together, the bags – which are actually wheelable suitcases – are then carefully filled.
Also included in the gift bags is a gold and crystal jewelry set worth in the region of $2,000 and a coveted Bugaboo stroller which retails for around $1,000
Other prize items in the gift bags include ‘the world’s best robotic pool cleaner’ from Aiper ($400) and a voucher for a ‘celebrity arm liposuction’ treatment (up to $18,000)

In one video, the gift bag designer focuses on some of the self care products.
She says some of her favorite items include ‘Slip hair ties… because they don’t crease your hair’ and a bottle of Garnier hair honey repairing serum.
To keep their energy levels up, the suitcases also feature an array of snacks for the Grammy artists.
Some of the top nibbles Rachel touches on include Red Vine licorice candy, Cliff Thins ‘with only 100 calories’ and record-shaped Rice Krispies snacks from Treat House.
Rachel’s gift bag reveals have been watched more than 900,000 times on TikTok.
One viewer mused: ‘I wonder how much of it they throw away?’
To which Rachel replied: ‘Hopefully they re-gift what they don’t like.’
The Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The show will be broadcast live on the CBS Television Network at 8pm ET / 5pm PT and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
