The television personality, 32, who won the show in 2016, made the revelation as she hosted I’m A Celeb’s All Stars podcast.
She cheekily told fellow co-host Seann Walsh, 37: ‘Medic Bob prescribed me a shower in my series’.
Before adding: ’10 days I didn’t have a shower. He said, ‘Scarlett, I don’t know how to say this, but you need to have a shower’.

Sean, who appeared in the 2022 series, said: ‘Thing that got to me was when the cutlery scratched the containers. I had to walk away and eat on my own. Owen [Warner] was a container scratcher!’.
While Scarlett confessed: ‘The only thing that did my head in, and this is going to sound so petty, was I’ve never known anyone apart from Martin – from Homes Under the Hammer – had the wettest eyeballs!’.
‘You could hear him blinking! I was thinking, ‘I might have to tell him to stop blinking so loud.’ But you can’t do that! It’s only because you’re hungry little things do your head in in there’.
It comes after ITV bosses axed I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’s spin off show for good and replaced it with the podcast.
From 2002 to 2019, ITV aired two I’m A Celeb spin-off shows, Get Me Out Of Here…Now and The Daily Drop.
Now was hosted by several stars including Caroline Flack, Emma and Matt Willis and Laura Whitmore while Vick Hope presented The Daily Drop.
A source told The Sun bosses have decided to ditch the format for good, saying: ‘The spin-off didn’t run during the pandemic but when Ant and Dec returned to Australia in 2022 and there was no updated format, the writing seemed to be on the wall.
Viewing habits are in constant flux so launching a podcast is a great idea and shows the programme has legs to adapt to trends.’
Celebs: The All Stars season will see Shaun Ryder, Helen Flanagan, Phil Tufnell, Jordan Banjo, Carol Vorderman, Paul Burrell, Amir Khan, Janice Dickinson and Fatima Whitbread return to The Jungle on April 24

Seann said: ‘I had the most amazing experience doing I’m A Celebrity last year so I can’t wait to get back into the Jungle world with the first ever I’m A Celeb podcast.
‘Scarlett and I will be discussing everything, no subjects are off limits and this time, I get to sleep in my own bed. I cannot wait!’
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Now last aired in 2019 with Emily Atack, Joel Dommett and Adam Thomas fronting the show.
The series was axed that year due to high production costs with Vick Hope presenting online show The Daily Drop for just one series in 2020.
Scarlett is currently expecting her first child with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
The former Gogglebox star recently revealed she’s expecting a baby boy.
The television presenter took to Instagram last month to reveal the happy news, writing: ‘In the great words of the Beatles… “Here comes the SON.”
‘Picture the scene, me & Scott go to find out if we are having a little boy or girl.
‘We decide we are going to open the envelope at home just the two of us, well we only made it to the first set of traffic lights before we opened it up.

‘Lots of happy tears and excitement and then we rushed to tell both our sets of parents and my nanny and auntie Kirsty.
‘It wasn’t a reveal party but it was very us and we wouldn’t have had it any other way.’
Scarlett shared a clip of herself which started off in black and white and showed her walking into her kitchen where a bunch of flowers sat on the worktop.
She placed a case of roses next to the vase and the video then transitioned into colour to reveal that the roses were blue.
Scarlett announced her pregnancy news shortly after she celebrated her four-year anniversary with Scott.
At the time, Scarlett took to Instagram to post an image of herself and the police officer.
Scarlett – who has known Scott for more than a decade – wrote on the photo-sharing platform: ‘Four years we’ve been together and it has gone so quick, yet feels like I’ve been with you my whole life.
‘Me and Bonnie love you all the world @scottdobby #anniversary. (sic)’
