Jennifer previously described sleep as her ‘weapon’ in her fight against ageing.
Speaking about how sleep keeps her young, she said: ‘I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that. So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don’t get it] I just don’t feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.’

‘Drinking, smoking and caffeine wreck your skin’
Jennifer frequently goes make-up free on social media and shows off her amazingly youthful skin.
She has previously detailed how she avoids ‘wrecking her skin’ and pays special attention to her routine to keep herself looking as young and fresh as possible.
On her post-workout skicare regime, she said: ‘I always, always wash my face after a workout. That helps keep my pores clean and my skin feeling healthy. Then I’ll usually put on moisturiser and sunscreen, with maybe a little make-up if I’m going out or moisturiser and eye cream if it’s the evening.’
On her skincare and the sunshine, she went on: ‘I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself. And I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.’
