Helen Skelton displayed her toned abs in a stylish blue co-ord as she posed for photos on Instagram on Sunday.
The presenter, 39, looked incredible in the short sleeved crop top which she teamed with a matching figure hugging midi skirt.
She added inches to her frame in a pair of nude pointed toe heels and styled her long blonde tresses in loose waves.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star flashed her gorgeous smile to the camera as she posed on a balcony in the sun.

It comes after Helen revealed her hilarious response to being asked whether she has a boyfriend.
The presenter, who split from her ex-husband Richie Myler, 32, 14 months ago, proudly shared her comeback in an interview with Grazia.
She complained that, during her time hosting Blue Peter between 2008 and 2013, her love life was always brought up by pals rather than her personal accomplishments.
Helen said: ‘I was travelling all around the world, and seeing and doing incredible things. And whenever I came home and caught up with people, all they would ask is, “Have you got a boyfriend?” I was like, “No, but I’ve got a few world records!”‘
In the same interview, she detailed why she doesn’t need any sympathy in the wake of her split from Richie, who has welcomed a baby with his girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32.
The TV personality was asked about her tricky time raising three children on her parents’ farm after moving from Leeds to Cumbria following the separation.
Choosing not to discuss her split from Leeds Rhinos star Richie in any length, she simply said: ‘My life’s no different to millions of other people’s lives.
‘Lots of people have the same sorts of things to look after and sort out. I think life is fun, and short, and wonderful, and you just take each chapter as it comes along. There’s no point overthinking stuff, you just get on with it.’

Helen says that having three children means she doesn’t have time to concern herself with other things.
She continued: ‘I’ve always got something to do because they always need something. I’ve loved my babies being babies because you’ve got no time to be stressed about anything else.’
Helen and Richie are parents to Ernie, seven, Louis, eight and Elsie, 14 months.
