Heather Ray Young, who also goes by her married surname El Moussa, isn’t resting on laurels after giving birth to her first child with Tarek El Moussa just seven weeks ago.
On Sunday, the new mom was seen making her way to a hot Yoga class near her home in Newport Beach, California, and then heading back to her parked vehicle afterwards.
The Selling Sunset star kept it casual and sporty in the fashion department dressed in gray sweatsuit over brown undergarment that included a sports bra.
She also donned a pair of furry black slippers, stylish dark sunglasses, and had her long blonde tresses pulled back off her face and into a loose ponytail.
The former Playboy model looked to be thoroughly engaged in a conversation on the phone as she made the walk out of the Yoga facility.
