‘It’s the rockstar look, we’ve had a few people come into the salon who have done it and absolutely loved it. It’s a brave move.’

‘Shag me baby,’ the stunner captioned an Instagram post, which showed her flaunting her new hair.

According to Ms Rota, a fringe is always ‘timeless’ and ‘isn’t that risky’ for those not daring enough to make a big or more permanent change to their tresses.

‘The ’60s fringe is the big one at the moment as it’s textured. They can sweep it to the side, it’s versatile and a really hot trend at the moment,’ Ms Rota said.

‘It’s just not so thick, so not a thick bang, she’s rocking it.’

Ms Rota said many of her clients have been asking for curls and the secret to achieving the perfect spiral is products.

‘Not everyone has them or the natural curls, but we can definitely achieve it with products and using small tongs, to get that body into it,’ Ms Rota said.

For tighter curls, she suggests a curl controlling treatment and anti-frizz creams.
