Fred Sirieix celebrated his 51st birthday on Friday by enjoying a romantic trip to Amsterdam with his fiancée Fruitcake.
The First Dates maître d’hôtel shared a slew of snaps from the city break – including late night canal walks and a playful evening in the bath.
Fred and his partner got engaged in March 2020, though he has never revealed her identity, simply referring to her as ‘fruitcake’.

Taking to Instagram, Fred told his followers that the lead-up to his birthday was ‘amazing’.
He said: ‘I’m 51! The last few days have been amazing!!!! @fruitcake_fundamentals organised the most wonderful trip in #Amsterdam.
‘My first time ever there! What a fantastic city – so beautiful, so neat and so clean.
‘The crisp and cold air added to the charm as we walked and walked and walked along the canals to discover the city. I even learned that Amstel wasn’t just a beer but a river too!’

In one snap, the pair are seen at a bar overlooking the river.
Fred looks particularly suave as he pairs a tan blazer with a casual t-shirt and jeans.
The pair then appeared in another amusing snap while Fred enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath,
He could be seen beaming and laughing as his fiancée playfully gets a selfie with him in the water sticking his leg out.

Earlier in the week, Fred gave his 832,000 followers a sneak peak at their trip as the duo enjoyed a day of sightseeing as they explored the city on foot.

While his fiancée opted for a lilac coat with a matching pastel checked scarf, ribbed beanie and black gloves.
But the beauty, who goes by @fruitcake_fundamentals on Instagram, added some glamour to the look with giant silver hoop earrings.
The couple are staying at the city’s Doubletree By Hilton hotel, with Fred sharing a snap from their room to show the gorgeous view of the city.

Despite a jam-packed day of sight-seeing, the pair ensured to make plenty of stops as Fred enjoyed a pint of beer during one pit stop.
While they enjoyed a bite to eat at Mandarin restaurant New King, with Fred dubbing the eatery ‘excellent’.
It comes after the couple enjoyed a night out Cirque Du Soleil’s KURIOS premiere in London last week.

She accessorised with a pair of statement earrings and opted for a slick of bronze lip gloss to complete her stunning look.
