Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter Natasha, 25, reveals she is no longer comfortable showing off skin as she embraces more ‘modest’ wardrobe – before sharing swimsuit snaps

Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter Natasha Bure is eschewing skin-baring outfits and now embracing a ‘modest’ wardrobe.

The singer, whose mother is a self-professed ‘devoted Christian’, has revealed why she is no longer comfortable wearing skimpy looks following a recent change of heart.

On her Instagram Stories, Natasha, 25, described how she still wants to rock the latest trends but in a way that aligns with her values.

While she once didn’t mind showing off her body, she now feels more ‘confident’ in more conservative outfits.

‘Modesty & I have come a long way truthfully,’ she posted onto her Instagram Stories on August 11, according to E! News. ‘A year or two ago I dressed COMPLETELY different and showed WAY more of my body than I ever needed to.’

‘A lot of that came from where I was finding my worth and thinking that showing more skin, was more attractive,’ she said.

‘I actually think the opposite now. I think dressing classy & upholding modesty is so beautiful. I’ll actually feel myself 100x more & am so much more confident in outfits that show less skin.’

‘I still want to dress stylishly and keep up with the trends but I don’t ever want to compromise my values,’ she said. ‘I want my words and how I present myself, to match!!’

Natasha’s latest post is a carousal of images from her recent trip to Austin, Texas.

It contained two photos of her in a swimsuit and showing off her legs as she hung out on a boat. ‘Loves a week in Austin,’ she captioned the post, shared Sunday.

Natasha did previously post several bikini snaps and ab-baring, leggy photos, but she also posted many tamer images.

Aside from her many style photos, her Instagram is full of recipe photos and snaps of her social life.

Natasha is the daughter of conservative actress Candace Cameron Bure. They both practice the Christian faith.

In addition to acting, Natasha is also a singer who released the track Unlove You in May.

Last year, Natasha’s mother faced major backlash for saying that the Christian network, Great American Family, will be focusing on ‘traditional marriage’ rather than same-sex couples in their programming.

It stemmed from an interview she did with the Wall Street Journal, where she said the new TV network she was now making movies with would not be featuring gay couples in lead roles, unlike the Hallmark Channel, where she previously starred.

Bure faced intense backlash from all corners of the Internet after her remarks, but her daughter stood up for her amid the fury.

‘The Lord blessed me with the best parents I could’ve ever asked for…Raising us up in the word of God and bringing glory to HIS name. I don’t know where I’d be without both of them,’ Natasha posted to Instagram.

‘I love you @candacecbure for continuously choosing Christ before all.’

‘I am lucky to get to view you from a lense closer than most, and see how you are truly the real deal. The Lord shines through you time and time again. The battle is HIS,’ she posted.
