Putting the feud to bed: Kyle Sandilands and Brendan Fevola have officially agreed to end their feud. KIIS FM star Kyle, 50, called into Brendan’s Fox FM show Fifi, Fev & Nick on Thursday alongside Jackie O and agreed to make peace

Jackie first tried to mend things over by saying: ‘Fifi was right, he [Kyle] throws stuff out there like that, we love you guys, there’s no beef, we don’t want there to be beef.’

‘Speak for yourself,’ Kyle joked.

He added with a laugh: ‘No, there’s no beef. Just wanted to let everyone know that even when I lose a couple of kilos I’m still not believed by society.’

Former AFL star Brendan then joked that the tiff was all Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes’ fault.

‘I put it all down to Hughesy,’ he said with a laugh, before they got Hughesy to call through on the phone.

Kyle then went on, saying: ‘I don’t hate Fev at all, if I hate someone everyone knows.’

He finished: ‘There’s no beef, everyone loves everyone.’

War of words: On Tuesday, Kyle called the Fifi, Fev and Nick show 'terrible,' prompting Brendan to issue a stern warning to Kyle on air. Brendan told Kyle to 'be careful' what he says because he has a fierce temper

The pair’s feud began when Kyle made a cameo appearance on The Masked Singer Australia on Sunday night.

A news website subsequently misquoted one of the show’s judges, Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes, as saying he didn’t believe Kyle actually performed on the show and instead hired a body double for the episode.

But he actually said no such thing: it was in fact Brendan who made the allegation while interviewing Hughesy on Fifi, Fev & Nick on Monday morning.

He said: ‘I reckon that it wasn’t Kyle Sandilands performing, but when he took his head off it was him! Someone else was in that suit.’

Kyle denied the claim on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday, saying: ‘It was definitely me [during the performance]. There was no stand-in.’

He went on to sledge Fifi, Fev & Nick, calling it a ‘terrible’ breakfast radio show and saying ‘no one cares about what goes on in Melbourne’.

When told of Kyle’s remarks later on Tuesday, a fired-up Brendan said: ‘He’d want to be careful. You don’t want to get me angry. I’m a different beast to Hughesy.’

‘Didn’t he say he wanted to put one on Hughesy’s chin back in the day? Geez, I hope he says that to me. If he says that to me, it’s on. Sandilands versus Fevola,’ he added.

But Brendan didn’t stop there, telling Kyle he needed to ‘grow up’.

Kyle was unmasked as Rubble from Paw Patrol on Sunday’s episode of The Masked Singer, after agreeing to take part in a single episode.
