Brisbane Broncos have won their second game of the season after sweeping aside North Queensland Cowboys at Suncorp Stadium.
Kevin Walters’ side, fresh from defeating reigning premiers Penrith last week at BlueBet Stadium, returned to home ground to take on last year’s preliminary finalists in another test of their true ability.
And they passed that assessment with flying colours, as tries from Kurt Capewell, Ezra Mam, Kotoni Staggs and Reece Walsh secured a 28-16 victory.
