It comes after a TikTok video showed Matty vowing not to kiss his fans in front of Taylor Swift, after she made a surprise appearance at his O2 show on Thursday.

Leaving his band’s afterparty, Matty cut a smart figure in black trousers and a partially unbuttoned white shirt, which gave a flash of his chest tattoo.

He styled his outfit with a black leather-look jacket and a pair of smart shoes, while he wore his brunette locks in a natural curled style.

Matty appeared to have had a great night as he appeared slightly worse for wear, looking bleary-eyed as he had a cigarette and gave a thumbs-up.

He was joined at the party by singer Charli XCX, 30, who looked effortlessly stylish in an off-the-shoulder black mini dress.

She added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of patent heeled knee-high boots and slung a handbag across one shoulder.

The Boys hitmaker shielded her eyes with a pair of dark sunglasses and wore her raven locks in a sleek up-do, with strands of hair falling loosely to frame her face.

She showed her support for her drummer boyfriend George, who she met while working on a track called Spinning, before they collaborated on her album Crash.

Also in attendance was Nick Grimshaw, who cut a suave figure in a white shirt and black trousers, which he paired with a long dark jacket.

S Club 7’s Bradley McIntosh also proved he was a die-hard The 1975 fan as he wore a jumper with their name on as he attended the bash after attending the concert.

He styled his jumper with black jeans, white Adidas trainers and an LA Dodgers baseball cap and flashed a huge grin.

Bradley’s rare outing comes after The Mail On Sunday revealed S Club 7 are reforming 25 years after they first found fame on a BBC television show.

As well as having fun at the afterparty, Matty put on another sensational show with his The 1975 bandmates – George, Adam Hann and Ross MacDonald – at The O2 Arena.

Friday night’s show came one day after Taylor Swift shocked fans as she made a surprise appearance at The 1975’s show and performed Anti-Hero for the first time.

And a TikTok video has emerged showing Matty addressing crowds at The O2 Arena on Thursday night, soon after Taylor took to the stage.

He’s becoming increasingly known for his daring acts during his concerts, but Matty vowed not to kiss any of his fans in front of ‘Queen’ Taylor, 33.

Speaking to the audience, he said: ‘I’m not kissing anybody in front of Taylor Swift, have some respect. In front of the Queen, it’s not happening.’

It is not known whether Matty kissed any of his fans during his Friday night show at The O2 Arena.

Matty has recently caused a stir on Twitter for his on-stage antics, recently locking lips with fans and sucking on their fingers during a gig in Brighton.

In videos captured from the concert, he could be seen sucking on one woman’s thumb and French kissing a fan.

It’s not the first time that the singer has engaged in promiscuous activity during the group’s shows, regularly kissing both male and female fans onstage.

Matty’s eventful evening came a couple months after he admitted it was tough to be sexualised by fans of the group.

He told The Guardian: ‘People were having a romantic relationship with the band, I was sexualised to a certain extent; it was sexy, in the way that leather jackets and smoking and all that kind of s*** was sexy.’

But he admitted he found this depiction difficult because he was struggling with his mental health as he hadn’t dealt with some traumatic ‘early sexual experiences.’

‘I’m not going to be specific, but I had some early sexual experiences that, as I got older, were really, really difficult to deal with,’ he said.

Matty said it wasn’t to do with anything that happened at home but said his mental health had become shaped by his sexual experiences and romantic relationships as a teenager.
