Black podcasters say they want Iggy Azalea to fail ‘because she’s a white woman’

American podcasting duo shock with racially-charged remarks about Iggy Azalea after joking that they want to see her fail on OnlyFans ‘because she’s a white woman’

Iggy Azalea has been raking in the big bucks since joining OnlyFans in January.

But despite her success on the racy platform, the Fancy rapper has received her fair share of criticism on social media.

In a recent episode of the J Bobby vs The Internet podcast, host Justin Bobby and content creator ‘Funny Julius’ Stukes Jr, who are both African-American, joked that they wanted Iggy to fail on OnlyFans ‘because she’s a white woman’.

Reacting to reports that Iggy had earned over $300,000 in her first 24 hours on the platform, Bobby said: ‘The milk is always gonna sell!’

Chiming in, Julius responded: ‘I don’t think an album of hers has ever made that much money in 24 hours, so congrats to her.’

He continued: ‘She knows that people wanna see her, not hear her. I can’t really hope the best for her because she’s a white woman, but I will say, smart.’

While most of the podcast’s fans and listeners agreed with the statement, one person responded: ‘What if a white person said that same line about a black woman?’

The rest of the comments mocked Iggy, with one person joking: ‘I see Julius ready for Black History Month!’

‘He said nothing wrong,’ added another, while one said: ‘Read her ass!’

Iggy recently opened up about her unexpected decision to join OnlyFans despite having a successful music career.

While reflecting on selling raunchy images of herself on the High Low with EmRata podcast, the Australian rapper, 32, explained how she ‘made records labels so much money off of her body.’

‘I’ve made a lot of people so much money off my body, and I got the smallest cut off my own f**king body,’ she told the model, 31. ‘And my own work, and my own ideas.’

‘It’s been commodified and I wasn’t even the main f**king benefactor of it. So, f**k this,’ Azalea told listeners.

Ratajkowski interjected to say she probably also wanted ‘control’ over her image.

‘I enjoy it. I’m going to do it anyway. That’s the thing. I’m doing it anyway. I’m going to do it anyway. I’m going to post pictures like that anyway,’ the performer responded.
