Big Brother star Tilly Whitfeld shares EXACTLY how much cosmetic surgery she has had in one picture – can you tell what has been enhanced?

  • Tilly Whitfeld was a contestant on Big Brother Australia for season 13
  • She has shared an image explaining how much cosmetic surgery she has had
  • There are six different sites in her face where injectables have been done
  • Before she went onto the show the 22-year-old tried a viral TikTok trend
  • It involved using two sewing needles ‘sticky taped together’ to prick her cheeks
  • She was hoping a little bit of dye added would give her natural-looking freckles
  • But the result was a trip to the emergency room and vision loss
  • She has been working with a facialist on enzyme peels and lifts to heal her skin

Ex Big Brother housemate Tilly Whitfeld has shared exactly how many cosmetic injectable treatments she has received in recent years after claiming she wants to ‘normalise’ getting them.

The 22-year-old from Sydney shared a side-by-side photo of her face with information on exactly where the needles had been inserted on Instagram, with a total of six treatments visible.

‘I’m posting this because I really want to normalise people with a platform informing their audience about what cosmetic surgeries and procedures they’ve had done,’ she said.

‘I feel that people are setting unrealistic beauty standards by denying they are having their face and body altered… This can be super detrimental to people’s self esteem and worth.

‘This was my first time getting Botox but I’ve had cheek filler for about a year now and this will settle in a few weeks.

‘I was always so scared to stick to a tailored treatment plan because I thought I would never see results and that it would stay the same, however, I’m so thankful for DMK Skin and beauty expert Lacey Lopez for helping me through the final steps of my journey with laser and lightening treatments such as enzyme peels, microdermabrasion and lifts,’ she said.

‘It’s a long process but by every treatment I’m consistently seeing results along with my DMK daily skin routine prescribed by Lacey. I’m so excited and hopefully by the end of the year my skin will be back to normal.’

Tilly had attempted to self-administer acupuncture with ink she bought on eBay and sewing needles after watching somebody do it on TikTok, but has since warned fans to leave such procedures to the professionals.

‘My skin is still cooked from very deep scarring which will likely never fade and has cost me I’d say around $10,000 at least to remove,’ she said.

‘Don’t try s*** at home, I ended up in hospital and couldn’t see from the swelling in my eyes. How weird is it how the world works.’
