Baby is REVEALED on The Masked Singer

Baby is REVEALED on The Masked Singer… and it’s a chart-topping Australian singer

Baby was unmasked during Monday night’s episode of The Masked Singer Australia.

The mystery celebrity behind the mask was revealed to be Australian singer and former Killing Heidi frontwoman Ella Hooper.

Ella, 38, left judges Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, Urzila Carlson and Dave Hughes stunned, with only Dannii Minogue guessing correctly.

Other guesses for Baby on the night included Ali Oetjen, Tones and I and Ruby Rose.

Baby competed against Dolly during the episode, and finished in last place in the viewer voting.

The singer was revealed after her rendition of Backstreet Boys’ As Long As You Love Me failed to impress the show’s virtual audience.

‘I don’t believe it! It’s Ella Hooper. Dannii, you got it! Five-time ARIA winner, TV host, radio host, lead singer of Killing Heidi, Ella Hooper,’ announced excitable host Osher Günsberg.

After Ella removed her mask, Osher, 47, praised Dannii for guessing correctly, and she said ‘the hoops’ had been a big clue.

Speaking about her decision to appear on the show, Ella said she liked the idea of doing something outside her comfort zone.
