Australia Ninja Warrior: Tayla Damir reveals she ‘almost vomited’ taking on the course

Tayla Damir has admitted she was ‘so anxious she wanted to vomit’ while taking on the Australian Ninja Warrior course.

The Love Island Australia star, 25, competed against Kyly Clarke in a charity run on Monday’s episode, but lost out to the 40-year-old former WAG.

Tayla later said on Instagram that TV ‘does not do justice’ for how tricky the course is and that the challenge is far more ‘terrifying’ than it appears on screen.

In another Instagram Story, she said it seemed that ‘a lot of people are scared to do things due to fear of failure’ and that she was terrified of her episode airing because she knew she ‘didn’t win’.

‘I couldn’t see how well I actually did because the cloud of not winning was covering my huge achievement,’ she wrote.

She explained she was going to keep pushing herself out of her comfort zone and doing things she’s not ‘perfect’ at.
