TikTok star Samir shared a video of the property’s listing and stopped at a picture of the basketballer’s gaming room, which features a neon green sign that reads ‘Simmo The Savage’ – a gaming nickname Simmons has used since he was a teen.

‘Ben Simmons just listed his New Jersey home, and what’s going on with this room?’ the social media star asked as a laughing track is heard in the background.

The sign, which also features a Basquiat-style crown, was custom designed by Widell + Boschetti.

Elsewhere, the property has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space.
