Ashley Tisdale is seen for the first time since being hit with a lawsuit over a 2022 car accident on Hollywood Blvd – as alleged victim claims actress ‘called her names’

Ashley Tisdale was seen for the first time after it was revealed that she is being sued over a car crash she allegedly caused in 2022.

The 38-year-old actress looked somber on an errand run in Los Angeles on Monday morning.

She looked all business in a white button down blouse with a black midi skirt and matching leather loafers.

The star accessorized with large designer shades and a blue Celine bag while holding an iced latte.

Her brunette tresses were worn down as her fringe ended just above her eye as she accentuated her natural looks with complementary make-up.

Moving on? Ashley Tisdale was seen for the first time after it was revealed that she is being sued over a car crash she allegedly caused in 2022.

This comes as it was revealed that the High School Musical star – who recently celebrated her 38th birthday – is being taken to court by a woman named Lina Gonzales, who claims she suffered injuries from the accident, which occurred on Hollywood Blvd last September, as per TMZ.

Gonzales states that because of the crash she has ‘suffered wage loss, medical expenses and loss of love and protection’ and is now seeking damages.

Her attorney, Michael R. Parker, told the publication that following the crash Gonzales claims Tisdale ‘called her names’ and ‘made a big fuss about the situation.’

Parker explained the accident took place as Gonzales was waiting to make a left turn in the left lane. However, while Gonzales was waiting Tisdale allegedly changed lanes and collided with her.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Tisdale.

Parker claims that the accident caused his client ‘severe neck and back injuries’ and that she is facing around $140k in medical expenses.

The attorney said he made a $600k demand to Tisdale but because it was rejected they have proceeded to take the matter to court.

Meanwhile a representative for Tisdale told the publication ‘there was no aggressiveness or words exchanged’ following the crash and that the two exchanged information and moved on.

This is not the first car drama the actress has dealt with.

In 2019 she took to Twitter and accused filmmaker Kevin Smith of damaging her car in a minor accident and then driving off without so much as an apology.

The two lived in the same neighborhood in the highly coveted and beautiful Hollywood Hills at the time.

‘Thanks @ThatKevinSmith for scratching my mirror on my car and not stopping. Classy move neighbor!’ she wrote.

A few hours later, the Clerks director tweeted back an apology and explanation.

‘Apologies – I drive like Cruella de Vil in the Hills! However I did do a courtesy stop. Then when you pulled away first, I was like ‘That’s soooo Sharpay…’

The actress seemed to buy his story and shot back: ‘HA! Apology accepted.’

The two later rectified the situation in a face-to-face meeting as Kevin Tweeted that Ashley came by his house and apologized.

The lawsuit comes after Tisdale recently enjoyed a birthday celebration.

Tisdale offered her fans a beachy photo carousel and some life advice after turning 38 in July.

The former Disney star showed off her trim torso in a black one piece bathing suit and white unbuttoned shorts.

‘This last year has had so many unbelievable moments,’ the MTV Movie Award winner began. ‘Things I’ve dreamt up but never thought was possible.’

‘Here is what I learned thus far. Manifestation is real, being present is most important, hard work pays off, being authentic takes learning about yourself and that takes time, being there for others goes such a long way, and when life surprises you and it gets hard learn the lesson and rise above! 38 and life is great ☀️’
