Armie Hammer working as timeshare salesman in Cayman Islands…after denying he’s a resort concierge

Armie Hammer is working as a timeshare salesman in the Caribbean – despite previously denying claims he’d taken up a new career, TMZ reported.

The actor, 35, was spotted at the Morritt’s resort office last month, wearing a blue polo shirt and going over pricing for a unit with a couple of potential buyers.

During the pitch he reportedly offered the potential buyers a timeshare for $2,020 per week or, ‘only about $21,000 for ten years of vacations.’

Yesterday photos of Hammer – snapped on June 29 – walking into the office while sporting a clean-shaven look and a blue polo shirt with matching navy pants emerged.

The getup was similar to the one other hotel staffers had been seen wearing, but the Social Network star’s attorney denied that he was working for the establishment.

It is unclear whether Armie has chosen to leave Hollywood permanently and embark on a new career in property sales, or whether he’s doing research for a role ahead of a possible acting comeback.

New occupation: Armie Hammer is now seemingly working as a timeshare salesman at a resort in the Cayman Islands, according to TMZ

His great-grandfather Armand Hammer was a Texas oil tycoon worth an estimated $800 million at the time of his death.

The shock career move came after photos of Armie arriving at the resort’s office in what appeared to be a staff uniform emerged yesterday, prompting a denial from his attorney that he was working at the establishment.

The Call Me By Your Name star’s burgeoning career exploded in January 2021 after it emerged he was into sadistic sex and shared rape and cannibalism fantasies with female partners.

That included telling two women he wanted to remove their ribs, barbecue them and eat them, with Hammer also accused of slicing the letter ‘A’ into one young lover’s thigh, before sucking the blood out of her fresh wound.

He and his wife Elizabeth Chambers announced they were separating a few months before, after Hammer was allegedly caught cheating on her a second time.

That womanalso alleges Armie emotionally abused her, although he’s batted-off all suggestions of criminality.

In classic Hollywood style, Armie checked into rehab for treatment of ‘drugs, alcohol and sex’ issues in May 2021, and emerged from treatment in December last year.

Hammer was pictured entering the information center building as he walked behind another man who was clad in a similar look.

Following a viral tweet that claimed he was a concierge, Hammer attempted to clear up the rumors.

On Wednesday, his attorney denied that the disgraced star was working at the establishment, following a viral Tweet that showed his face on a pamphlet as concierge for the hotel.

But TMZ reported that the former entertainer ‘was heard pitching the benefits of owning property’ in the vacation hot spot.

The speculations first began after a picture of a pamphlet from the resort – featuring the actor as the hotel’s concierge – was circulated on Twitter.

However, the Call Me By Your Name star’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, told Variety that the post was nothing more than a prank.

Brettler stated it was a joke done by Hammer’s friends from the hotel, where he has resided for over a year, following sexual assault allegations made against him in 2021.

The since-deleted tweet’s caption read: ‘My friend’s parents went on vacation in the Cayman Islands and Armie Hammer was their concierge.’

The pamphlet included discount vouchers and advertised that Hammer would take guests to swim ‘with wild turtles’ and point them to the ‘best snorkeling and diving spots.’

Morritt’s director of sales, Christopher Butcher, further clarified the situation, telling The Daily Beast that Hammer does not work at the resort.

‘[Hammer] lives in Grand Cayman. One of my staff plays golf with him, and he had come in just to spend a day with one of my staff members to see what we do,’ he stated.

However, Butcher didn’t rule out a future employment possibility for the Golden Globe Award nominee, saying: ‘If it’s generated this much publicity, then maybe!’

Meanwhile TMZ later reported that, according to a timeshare resident, the actor has been in the office ‘several hours a day’ and ‘is often seen going outside for smoking breaks.’

According to the witness, Hammer showed ‘at least one family around a timeshare on the resort property.’

The publication also confirmed that the star has a friend who works at the hotel, and thus might simply be helping him out in his spare time.

It comes following news that the alleged crimes and scandals involving Hammer and generations of his wealthy family will be the subject of a true crime special a year after the controversial actor’s cannibalism controversy and accusations of rape.

ID and Discovery+ announced a slate of true crime specials, original series and reboots including one centered around the Hammer family according to Variety on Wednesday.

The special – which is tentatively titled House Of Hammer – will examine the scandals over five generations of the Hammer family as the actor is the great-grandson of oil tycoon Armand Hammer.

The show is set to investigate ‘a dysfunctional dynasty with its male characters exhibiting all the devastating consequences of privilege gone wild.’

The strange past of the Hammer family was discussed in a Vanity Fair exposé in March 2021, which claimed many of the men going back five generations have been known to have ‘a dark side.’

It provided a backdrop to Armie’s life before leaked messages said to be from the actor surfaced in January 2021, showing him claim to be ‘100 percent a cannibal.’

Several women also spoke out, accusing him of emotional abuse and violent sexual escapades.
