They were not the only stars to get in the Halloween spirit as Stacey Solomon took to Instagram to give a glimpse at her very elaborate decorations.

She revealed that she had decked out her dining room with Harry Potter themed decorations as she covered the table in magical elements.

Stacey, known for her DIY and decorating skills, put a lot of detail into her decorations as she recreated the Great Hall’s iconic floating candle ceiling.

Suspending fake candles from the ceiling, Stacey also gave the illusion of a cloudy sky above as she got into the Halloween spirit.

The doting mother-of-five also placed a sorting hat in the middle of the table, surrounded by orange autumnal leaves.

She also turned gold wrapped chocolates into golden snitches and placed winged keys by the cutlery in a touch inspired by Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

Alongside the video, she wrote: ”The Harry Potter Table. I know it’s so late but you all asked me to post this on the grid so here it is. It was a labour of love, but soooo much fun to make.

‘I love Harry Potter so much so when the big boys asked to do this I was VERY excited. Can not wait to Christmas this up too. Happy Halloween Eve everyone. Love u lots.’

Elsewhere, back in May, it was reported that Amanda is set to take over from the late Paul O’Grady on his beloved show, For The Love Of Dogs.

The comedian, who died in March at the age of 67, was known as an avid dog-lover and fronted the documentary series since 2012.

But after his untimely death, it is now Amanda who is the favourite to take over.

The TV presenter was not only a friend of the late entertainer but is also an ambassador for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where the show is based.

According to The Sun, Amanda’s ‘takeover’ is considered a sensitive issue, considering how closely the Lily Savage star was associated with the series.

Consequently, ITV remain reluctant to to broach the subject just yet.

An insider told the publication: ‘Execs just feel like it’s too soon to make firm plans about the series, as it’s barely been two months since he died.

‘But the feeling at the home is that it’s what Paul would have wanted. After all, he cared deeply about the animals in Battersea.

‘Amanda is the natural choice to take over the job, not just because she’s an experienced presenter but because she also cares about the home and would do anything for them.’

During Paul’s career, he hosted The Paul O’Grady Show, Blind Date and Blankety Blank, as well as ITV’s multi-award-winning For The Love Of Dogs. He also hosted ITV celebrity game show Paul O’Grady’s Saturday Night Line-Up.
