Paris Fashion Week ended on a high as French label Miu Miu launched its latest womenswear collection in front of a star-studded audience on Tuesday.
As the bi-annual show drew to an inevitable close, the French capital’s Palais d’Iéna played host to the one of the last presentations of an already eventful day,
Leading the celebrity guest list, presenter Alexa Chung ensured she claimed the spotlight in a conventional suede jacket, beneath which her modesty was protected by a partially exposed bra.
The fashion conscious star, 39, added to her look with a pleated white miniskirt, while smart leather sling-backs and a tasteful white leather handbag rounded off the ensemble.
She was soon joined by Hollywood star Jessica Alba, whose elegant plaid co-ord caught the eye as she greeted onlookers outside the Parisian venue.
The actress, 41, gave the look a sophisticated flourish by draping a tailored coat across her shoulders, while black tights and matching leather boots continued a subdued colour scheme.

Elsewhere French model Thylane Blondeau showed off her legs in a thigh-skimming black miniskirt teamed with a smart black mock-neck sweater.
The 21-year old – famously referred to as ‘the Most Beautiful Girl in The World’ following her emergence as a child model in 2007 – completed the look with black ankle socks and om-trend loafers.
The guest list also found space for Brooklyn Beckham and his actress wife Nicola Peltz, with the couple making their latest appearance in Paris after flying to France to celebrate his 24th birthday.
Brooklyn looked predictably smitten as he planted an affectionate kiss on the American actress’s cheek while idling outside the 16th arrondissement venue.
Peltz, 28, put on a very leggy display in tiny pleated mini-skirt which she teamed with an edgy leather blazer.
She layered the look over a cropped white shirt which teases a glimpse of her toned midriff and slipped her toned pins into tights.

He completed the look with spark trousers and slipped his feet into shiny dress shoes.
The lovebirds, who wed in April 2022, couldn’t keep his hands off Nicola as they giggled and kissed outside the swanky venue.
